Sylvester Dengzee

After qualifying with his BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy at the University of Ghana (2010), Sylvester went on to complete his MSc Physiotherapy in England at Anglia Ruskin University (2013) gaining a ‘Distinction’ as well as recognition with the Dean’s Award for high academic excellence. He invested his passion into research projects and has had papers published in peer reviewed journals.
Sylvester has several years NHS experience in pulmonary rehabilitation and musculoskeletal (MSK) care whilst also working as team physio for Woodbridge Rugby Club (Suffolk) for several seasons too. He went on to be a Senior Physiotherapist in West Suffolk’s Hospice, before moving into NHS community therapy and later settling in MSK private practice, building his own practice: Fynn Physio Ltd in Suffolk in 2020, until moving here.
Sylvester is also qualified to practice acupuncture and since 2015 and experienced using this in both musculoskeletal and palliative care settings. He is a registered member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). His favourite joint to work with is the Shoulder!
