Rebecca Dengzee

Rebecca qualified from the University of Southampton (2010) and started with junior rotations in Yorkshire at an NHS acute trust in respiratory medicine and elderly care. Then moving home to Suffolk to work in local NHS Musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinics, later becoming a Senior Physiotherapist. She was privileged to work in a company that prided itself on staff training, over the years attending many expert-led courses.
She has an interest in Rheumatology conditions and managing other chronic conditions, as well as interest in hypermobility, mostly from her past as an avid ballet dancer in her youth til age 22.
Rebecca has completed MSc level Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice Modules at University of Essex, between children, and recently in 2023 completed her PGCert for First Contact Musculoskeletal Practice, with Distinction, qualifying as an “FCP” in England.
She has worked in a specialised primary care first contact MSK role since 2018 alongside normal physiotherapy clinics. She also has experience in Pilates, Pulmonary Rehab and community therapy, and worked for several years with the Ipswich Inflammatory Spinal Group running evening classes.
